Who gets your donation?
Items donated will go directly to care for the cats and kittens in our foster care program. The volunteers who take care of these animals are usually paying all expenses out of their own pockets.
Needs
We need monetary donations and all kinds of cat/kitten supplies - food, litter, litter pans, cleaning supplies, toys. fleece to make beds, etc. view detailed needs
About Us
In 2009, Cats Are Totally Special placed over 450 cats and kittens in loving homes. Quite a few were rescued from the side of the road, some from kitty death row at local shelters, and others just showed up on someone's back porch. The saddest stories were the ones surrendered by owners unable to keep their beloved pets anymore due to financial circumstances. It's always heartwarming to see someone form a special bond when they've been "chosen" by their cat or kitten. We frequently cry when our foster "kids" go to their new forever homes. None of this would be possible without donations from caring animal lovers.
